*sigh* Depression really stinks. Even as I get better, I still feel like my artistic muse couldn't be deader if I shot it in the face. I don't feel a *need* to write anymore, and that drives me nuts. I hope this isn't something I've lost forever during this battle. 

Maybe I'm just being negative because of this stupid cold. I've had post nasal drip for a week.

...You probably didn't want to know that.

On the bright side, I picked up Explorers of Sky again and am replaying the story. If anybody needs a rescue shoot me a note with the code and I'll try to help. So far I'm up to Treeshroud Forrest.

Maybe you should try writing anyway, even if you don't feel up to it? Sometimes when I don't feel like working on a story but I force myself to anyway, I'll hit a point where I'm enjoying writing the story again and want to continue writing.

I've been tempted to restart Explorers of the Sky, but I have soooo much stuff done on my game. @__@; I dunno if I could ever 100% it--that's next to impossible to do for any Pokemon game--but I'd feel bad about losing all my progress. But at the same time, I want to play through the uber-awesome story again...! (Though I do have that ROM... Someone wanted me to record a playthrough of the game so they could see what the PMD-verse was like, but I've been kindof neglecting that. XD; Playing through a ROM is kinda irksome though.)

Who's your hero/partner this time around? I think if I ever restarted, I'd have to go back to Charmander/Munchlax again. They're two of my favorites, so... >>;

This time I'm an Eevee and my partner is a Pikachu. It's a fun team, but rock and ground types have been driving us crazy.

Haha, I can imagine. Water types killed me when I was a Charmander. Then I got a Lotad. >:D Are you gonna evolve your Eevee when you can?

Hmmmm I'm not sure. Probably. And with my usual running gag I'll end up as a Vaporeon again more likely than not. XD

(Running gag: I'm always a water type. No exceptions.)

I'm having a similar issue with drawing. I can't get myself to draw most of time. If I do manage to get myself psyched up to draw, something always forces me to stop, like work or homework. Then it'll be forever before I can get myself to do it again. It also doesn't help that my muse is largely nocturnal. Sometimes just making yourself do something will help you get out of your rut, at least a little. :)

It could also be that you're just sick. I've found that my creative juices don't flow well when I'm not feeling 100%. :(
