OOOOOOOOOOOH. ><;; Blogger ate my comment and I can't use Lazarus to bring it back because now the comment box isn't showing up at all.
But what I said in a nutshell: I agree for the most part, though the critic's rating does not bother me so much even if it is low for a Pixar movie. Most fantasy movies I absolutely love got terrible ratings for various stupid reasons that have nothing to do with the quality of the movie itself. I think people judge fantasy movies harder than they do other movies.
And I agree that a low spot is not the end of the world, kindof like with Pokemon. Gen 3 was a low point, but things have continued to get better--a low point more often means things are going to start getting better.
Huh. What do you think about Brave? Have you seen it yet? I think it looks really good and am excited to go see it (hopefully) next week.
But I'm also not a very experienced movie-goer and really can't call myself a critic in any way, nor am I nearly as knowledgeable about Pixar as, say, the author of that article.
LOL no it's cool, I use a pen name there and everything. xD
Well, if you don't see it before my review gets up, I always avoid spoilers (or link/do a special cut to them when they are required) so no worries there. :)

Anyway, I'll have to postpone reading any review until I've seen the movie - but I might go see it tomorrow, so XD
